1977年任阿姆斯特丹大學(xué)分子生物學(xué)博士,,1976-1980年他的的酵母線粒體DNA物理圖獲得Winkler Prins獎,;1977-1993年,在Gist brocades公司期間成立了一個基因工程小組,,大量生產(chǎn)幾種工業(yè)用酶,,并且啟用植酸酶的工業(yè)應(yīng)用以減少糞便中的磷酸鹽,負(fù)責(zé)工業(yè)酶的蛋白質(zhì)工程和以糞便為底物的賴氨酸發(fā)酵工程項(xiàng)目,,是Shell/Gist將木材制成乙醇的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,,食品研發(fā)副主任;1993-2001年任荷蘭AVEBE馬鈴薯淀粉公司研發(fā)總監(jiān),,負(fù)責(zé)酶改淀粉,、轉(zhuǎn)基因淀粉和一些農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目。2002-2014年在瓦赫寧根大學(xué)研究中心專研生物基礎(chǔ)的通用化學(xué)品,;2018年-現(xiàn)在開始新的生物基礎(chǔ)研發(fā)活動,。
報告內(nèi)容簡介:
In order to focus on solutions that fulfil People, Planet and Profit at the same time, there are 3 groups of products that combine large enough market volumes with high enough economic value: protein for animal feed, chemical building blocks and materials. Examples will be given like the production of chemicals direct from biorefinery fractions but also by anaerobic fermentation from low cost sugars. The biorefinery of grass leads to an increase of 50% of animal products starting from the same amount of grass. Increase of field yield of various agricultural crops will further reduce the pressure reaching the environmental limits of this world.
